Chances are Europe will get a version of the Bolt under Opel (and Vauxhall), this is what the Opel could look like:

I would guess yes, considering how many European urban centers have congestion charges for ICE vehicles. This would be the ideal vehicle for the European market.

GM has not publicly admitted any future EV products that will be branded under the Opel label, but that isn't a final decision. If the Bolt EV is sucessful, it can be exported as a Chevy product.

From 80 to 120 km/h (49.7 to 74.6 mph): 4.5 seconds

Pretty much the same thing except for the badge and the extra bit of chrome going through the upper grille. Gotta admit, the Opel badge is more fitting for electric cars.
