Hey Nick, In the same boat, Good Luck! It's super hard to find anything in the Chicago market for used bolts- Everything listed is at a Chevy/GM dealer who won't sell until the Battery has been replaced.
Was lucky and found one in Madison, I'm picking up tomorrow.

Stay away from the Black LT in Worth on Car Gurus- totally beat to crap. All their other cars are gone.

You can check the VIN and see if the Battery update has been done.

For me, This will be a Bolt for my Son at add to the collection with my 2020 Bolt Premier.

Generally flexible on trim, color, and mileage as long as price is reflective. Want a 2017 but will consider cheap 2018s. In Chicago but will travel to pick up (or order delivery service).

Any advice from recent buyers appreciated. Dealership marketplace is such a mess right now.

Did you ever find a bolt? I have my 2020 Summit White Bolt LT with 36k miles. I’m still waiting on a battery replacement, but I’m looking at getting GM to buyback my car anyway. It’s been my baby for the last 2 years but I’m looking to upgrade to an EV6 or Ioniq 5. I’d be asking $30,000 for it.
