every other time we start car the infotainment screen is blank and states" loading" Called onstar, said dealer issue. Took it to dealer, they had no clue. .Load take approx 5 to 10 minutes. Help!

Do you know about the fast forward and home button reboot procedure? You hold down the two buttons located around the radio volume knob for about ten seconds, until it starts to reboot. If it continues to be a problem, some have had the infotainment unit replaced under warranty.

Not a known problem
In any case, the infotainment system usually takes 5 seconds maybe to initialize, not 5-10min.

Have your dealer contact "GM Engineering" if they are stumped.
