2021 Bolt EV won't charge at Level 2 Network Stations

We have two new 2021 Bolt EV Premiers. After charging fine for a month, "Grey" Bolt wouldn't charge at a ChargePoint or a PowerFlex station. I. took it to several chargers in our area. No luck.
Our Chevy Service Department found no error codes and was able to charge onsite directly, so said it must be a (network) charger problem. So we tested the 2 Bolts at a single charger using the same accounts at both those networks. "Red" Bolt charges fine, "Grey" connects, starts charging, then some seconds later stops charging and ends the session. We have video and photos of the tests. Waiting for a call back from the Service Department.

Anyone else experience something like this?

Did you check Plugshare? Willing to post the addresses and/or Plugshare links to the locations?

We use it all the time. I just thought that testing two networks that have been reliable for charging our Bolts since 2018 is a sufficient test.

Stations can go bad.

We have dozens of CT4000 Family | ChargePoint at my work. For the most part, they all worked fine for over year or two, but over time, we've had a whole bunch (a LOT more than just 2 to 4) become flaky or fail to charge (and this is on multiple vehicles, not confined to a single vehicle or model). Repair folks have had to come out to replace the cable set or "station head" (probably the part of the unit that's removable).

Good to know. Thanks.
Regarding stations developing problems at work, we started recording internally the station names of the ones giving us trouble including, when, vehicle make and model, who and symptoms. When we get enough on particular stations (as some people's vehicles have problems and sometimes probs are intermittent), when they open a ticket w/our helpdesk to contact ChargePoint w/the specific stations.

(One guy has a Clarity BEV which seems especially problematic and seems to not work at all on many of our CT4000 stations in a certain area... too bad (?) Honda discontinued it now.)

Also, at my work, we unplug cars that are done and plug in waiting cars. If we see a car's been plugged in for say 4+ hours and 0 kWh were dispensed and then plugging in waiting Bolts, Leafs, etc. results in no juice flowing or even errors (e.g. beep-beep-beep w/3 blue lights flashing in unision, pattern repeats on Leaf), then we know something is wrong.

We also recommend people monitor their sessions via either ChargePoint site or app to confirm that juice is flowing and if possible, for the expected duration and amount of energy dispensed.
