We have two new 2021 Bolt EV Premiers. After charging fine for a month, "Grey" Bolt wouldn't charge at a ChargePoint or a PowerFlex station. I. took it to several chargers in our area. No luck.
Our Chevy Service Department found no error codes and was able to charge onsite directly, so said it must be a (network) charger problem. So we tested the 2 Bolts at a single charger using the same accounts at both those networks. "Red" Bolt charges fine, "Grey" connects, starts charging, then some seconds later stops charging and ends the session. We have video and photos of the tests. Waiting for a call back from the Service Department.
Anyone else experience something like this?
