2022 OEM EVSE - Support 240V?

I am so sorry to beat this dead horse but I'm confused.

I just swapped my 2019 Bolt for a 2022.
I made an adapter to run my old OEM EVSE on 240V and it worked fine.

Looking at my new adapter (picture attached) only 120V (and 1440 Watts) is listed.
I could swear my 2019 EVSE had dual voltage listed. Unfortunately I don't have it to look at now.

Does my new EVSE only support 120V?

I can confirm Mich Bolter man on this... I plugged my 2021 EVSE from GM into my 240V dryer outlet with an adapter.... EVSE kept getting too hot and tripped to fault and would not work. Red light came on. If I unplugged and then re-plugged it would work again for about 10 minutes and then same deal. My dryer outlet (10-30) with 40amp breaker was too much for the EVSE.

2022 EV OEM Level 1 EVSE is the same as 2017-2021.

2022 EUV OEM Dual Voltage EVSE is labeled for both 120V and 240V and has 2 plugs that can be changed.

2022 EUV OEM Dual Voltage EVSE behaves the same as 2017-2022 EV OEM Level 1 EVSE if the 120V OEM plug is used with a customer-provided adapter to plug into 240V. Specifically, it will run at 240V x 12A.

Update for 2023: 2023 EV OEM Level 1 EVSE has changed, and no longer works with 240V.

Only the 2022 EUV OEM Dual Voltage EVSE is labeled for 240V using the OEM 240V plug.

Off label use of any of the OEM EVSEs is at your own risk, and a lockout box is recommended to prevent accidental use of 120V-only devices with your plug adapter.

I realize the OP has the OEM EV EVSE (not the EUV version), but I want to remind everyone that if you use the EUV version on 240v using the included 14-50 plug, it will draw 32 amps. If you're on a 30 amp circuit or less, you'll either continue to pop the circuit breaker, or if it doesn't pop you risk a fire. Using the EV version of the EVSE on 240v (which as mentioned is not approved by GM), you will only draw 16 amps, so you're good on a 20 amp circuit.
