Cars.com is showing 44 2023 Bolt EUVs currently for sale, nationwide. Of those, I cannot tell how many (if any) actually are at the dealerships. Plus, I thought I'd heard there was a sales stop on them pending installation of some insulation under the hood (from another post).

Usually on cars.com the most reliable indicator is an actual picture of the car, not just a stock GM image. If the background is identical in each picture, with the car positioned exactly the same, it's a stock image. But pictures that show it with other cars or the dealership in the background usually means the pictured car is really there.

A $28k second sticker? What are they guys smoking? It's probably illegal in most states, so they better put that down. 😱

Suddenly a Ioniq 5 with no tax credit seems like a steal!
Longer range, much, much faster charging, AWD, the list goes on. Of course you're forgetting the $10+k second stickers on those as well. Right now the ADM stickers that "only" add $5000 suddenly look far more "normal".

I think those ADMs will start disappearing soon. I’m over on the Ioniq 5 forum and someone was getting calls from dealers offering canceled orders. Enough people are canceling now that the tax credit is gone.

Yeah, that might make an EV6 or Ioniq 5 a bit more reasonable. And with the new Niro coming out soon, it's lost all its tax credit as well.

My local Chevy dealer is grouping their in-stock and "in-transit" inventory as "available new vehicles" on their website. That's probably what they are reporting to websites like cars.com. But when you drill down in their website search, you find out how few of these new vehicles are physically sitting on their lot.

If it's the new Radiant Red instead of '22's Cherry Red, one could say it's a '23 for sure, but other than that there may be no way to differentiate '22 from '23-- what did you see to tell it was a '23?

Looks like it's finally time to enlist, enroll for college, and start teaching that night Adult Education class in ceramics.
Little-known secret...most colleges offer basic health care for full-time students, as part of the tuition. (Sinus infection type stuff.) I know people who signed up for classes at the local community college, just for the basic health care.
