So I had to replace one of my tires. I went up a driveway but didn't have the car centered so went up about 2" of curb on one side. This was enough to puncture the sidewall of the tire which is non-repairable.

Rather than pay >$200 for a new tire I decided to just replace all of them with summer tires.

The three remaining tires are available. I'm selling them for $125 each of $300 for all three.

I'm not really interested in shipping these out so local pick up (I live in the Valley) or we can meet somewhere in SoCal.

PM me if interested.

That says "defect", road hazards are almost always specifically excluded from these types of warranties. A tire warranty is designed to cover you for things like tread separation or bulging sidewall not damage from something you drive over.
Somewhere I also read coverage includes fixing flat tires. Not sure if coverage would be generous enough to extend to fixing a curbed tire, but it might.
