Although that poster was able to successfully print and use a replacement part (GM part 42363844), it's a pretty cheap thingy (about $6) readily available from your dealership and the usual suspects.

Either way (printed or OEM replacement), your real challenge is removing the old one so you can install the new one. I have no idea how you might go about that - maybe pick it apart with a sharp needle-nose pliers or something? I'd be tempted to drill it out carefully, but odds are high you might cause more damage that way. Perhaps somebody with more automotive repair knowledge can chime in on that.
