Anybody else notice this?
I was listening to a VM this afternoon...blower motor speed dropped.
Finished listening. Blower motor speed came back up.
Tried it again...and again...and again.
Same thing.
It's almost like the system knows I want to hear something besides air moving...

Yes, it is a feature that existed in Volt and now in Bolt EV/EUV. When on Max or Auto, the fan speed is lowered when on call.

And in my Chrysler and in my Ford before that........

Just tried it out in my '15 'Burb LTZ (both ends of the scale, Bolt using zero gas and a 'Burb that uses all of it). Got all the bells and/or whistles. It does the same thing...Just barely perceptible difference.

I just learned how to fix this in a previous thread. If you were on max fan speed when a call started, you'll need to changed the fan speed down first, then up. If you just hit up it won't do anything because it believes its already at max.
