Me: Hey google. Call pharmacy.

Call goes through, pharmacy answers.

Pharmacy: Press 1 for this, press 2 for that, etc.

Me: Pressing digits on dialpad, no worky.

I unplug the phone cable, lose AA, Maps, but now the bluetooth function takes over and I can use dialpad.

2018 Bolt Premier, Samsung Note 8+, latest updates.
I've tried clearing AA cache, uninstall/reinstall, allowing Samsung dtmf, tones, etc.

Anyone have a fix?

Is this while the Bolt is in motion? Did you see this when stopped but in-gear? Did you see this while in Park?

I think the only buttons that work on the touch screen when in-gear are the menu buttons for selecting navigation, music, phone calls, or home screen.

Any actual buttons on the screen are disabled like the numeric keypad. I've not used the touch screen while actually moving much except to select the navigation screen. For me, the touch screen is too difficult to use while in motion. When stopped at a light--but still in gear--I've used Google Maps and musics apps with no touchscreen isssues. I have not tried dialing, however, and will try tomorrow at <10mph when I get to my work's parking lot.

You probably would get a better answer to this if you were to post in the correct forum section. This is for 2021+ models.
