Hi Forum Members,

I've noticed that when my GPS Waze voices directions in my EV Bolt, the low sound volume does not respond to the panel volume control as it does in my Volt.

Does anyone know how to adjust the Waze volume in the Bolt. As far as I can tell, there is no screen up or down arrow volume control when Waze is engaged.

Your thoughts?

Thank you.

Try adjusting the volume when Waze is actually talking.
It's goofy, but the volume knob affects Waze when Waze
Is talking and music when it's not.

apple carplay works the same way.
I have a Volt as well and that's exactly how volume is controlled in my Volt when Waze is voicing, but not in my Bolt. So if I can't adjust the volume in my Bolt when Waze is voicing, is this a dealership fix? What do you think?

not sure, i'm sure the dealer would probably say it's android or waze's fault. i'd first try resetting the infotainment center and see how that works (hold Home + FF i think). you can also check waze's settings and see if there are any volume options in there. but if all else fails, sure, take it to the dealer.
