I was watching this Scotty Kilmer video on adding noise-dampening insulation which got me thinking...does anyone know how much insulation the Bolt's door panels have? I don't really have any complaints about the road noise but I'm always looking for a new project to sink my teeth into.

No noise at all? Mine is alreay quiet. I put the thick Chevy Bolt rubber mats on top of the carpeted mats. It's very quiet.

There is a thin white fiber sheet (aerogel?) between the interior plastic trim and the vapor barrier glued to the door frame. Plenty room for more. I added 1/2 inch Dynamite over top of that vapor barrier plus lined the back-side of the exterior sheetmetal with an egg-create style foam. The car is a lot quieter and also helps keep the HVAC use down.
