My dealer is trying to tell me no go. But it is on the website and quite clear that it is included in the price. What say you all?

Did this start with the new “mandatory subscription” services, whose actual costs were to be hidden in an MSRP increase? That’s how it was explained to us in late September when we picked up our ‘23 EUV. The salesman said this would be starting later in the fall. Remote access on ours expires with the trial.Quick answer- 2023 Bolts do include remote access for 10yrs (not 3)!
After hours of calls to onstar, my dealer who also spoke to onstar, the Chevy bolt concierge and finally a supervisor with the concierge EV team, the "connected access" which come with the 2023 EUV as of Mid-november, includes "remote access" though that terminology is not used and most areas suggest you have to purchase it separately. But if you look up connected services on the web, it mentions remote control via the app. It also says under remote access-key fob, that you can do all these things with your phone app. So clearly, remote access is included under connected access. Also, the sticker separately lists remote vehicle start and keyless open/start-so it's not just describing the fob functions, remote start means app connectivity. Finally, when you configure the car on chevy's site, it lists remote access for 3 yrs as a standard feature. Anyway, the supervisor is now aware that Onstar is as confused as the rest of us and will get this fixed. He said they just started an EV team in the last few weeks to handle this type of issue.
Do you happen to still have that paper? If so, would you mind sharing? My Bolt was built in September but the dealer doesn't know anything about it.I looked into this a few weeks ago when my subscription ran out.
What I was told is that GM is including the 3 years for vehicles made after August 31. Anything built before that, you get the 1-3 months. I was sent, by my dealer, the paperwork showing this.
Do you have a link to an onstar "connected access" page? (and one that shows it includes "remote access"?)Quick answer- 2023 Bolts do include remote access for 10yrs (not 3)!

Your delivery date doesn’t matter. Remote access is included for Bolts built after August.Do you have a link to an onstar "connected access" page? (and one that shows it includes "remote access"?)
Under my 2023 plans I see this description of "Chevrolet Connected Access"

The onstar "connected services" and "Chevrolet Connected Vehicle" pages do mention "remote access" but they are not the same as "connected access" plan right?
I already contacted chevy chat yesterday before your post, who told me to call concierge, who then passed me on to onstar.
Onstar put me on hold for 10 minutes while talking to their technical team. When onstar CSR came back off hold, they told me my EUV does not have the "Remote Access" package (that the Bolt builder website clearly says comes as standard for 3 years) and that I need to contact my dealer. I sent my dealer an email for now.
I picked my 2023 EUV up Nov17th (order was put in end of June and built end of July) and the remove access is not on my window sticker.
What a kerfuffle of miss-information by Chevy/OnStar.
It's not included on my Bolt EUV that was built in September. They must not be a clear cutoff.Your delivery date doesn’t matter. Remote access is included for Bolts built after August.
Oh - if you scroll down on the "Learn More" link dialog, I see "OnStar® & Chevrolet Connected Services capable". Is this what you are talking about? Even the wording on that is ambiguous as it only says it's "capable" lol. Is this what you called onstar about? Did they activate the "remote access" plan for you? Thanks.Quick answer- 2023 Bolts do include remote access for 10yrs (not 3)!

Yes, my dealer set it up for me per my screen shots prior to your post.Have others had success in getting either the 10 year or three year honored? Does success start with working with your dealer, or onstar?
Yes, it was all free. My dealer enrolled everything for me with OnStar. Log into you Chevrolet account online and you’ll see your enrolled subscriptions in your online profile.@NonRevGuy, please explain how you got EV Access thru 2032. It is free?
I just bought a 2023 EUV on New Year's Day, and only got Remote Access. I don't understand where your screenshots came from. EV Access looks more useful to me than Remote Access.
Thanks for this, and your comments above. When I get logged in on my desktop, I see that I am registered for both Connected Access and EV Access through 2032 (bought my 2023 EUV off the lot in October). So that all looks good. I also signed up for the extended 3 months Onstar services. I got my first email from them about upcoming charge to the card on file and called to cancel. That is when they said that I would loose key fob functionality in the app (i.e., loose EV Access). To cancel you have to call. I'm a bit nervous they will cancel both? Guess I will be sure I have screen shots saved before doing so to document the through 2032 for EV Access. Any other thoughts?Separately, after you do your OnStar welcome call, complimentary free OnStar services are extended for 3 months as long as you give them a credit card. You can cancel prior to the charge.
Addition: Just now, in cancelling, it was stated that EV Access is Chevy, and not "powered" by OnStar. (This was part of the pitch to get me subscribe to their "remote access/key fob only" service for roughly $8/m rather than the $15/m for their "Essentials" service plan. Thanks for this, and your comments above. I have a 10/22 build, 12/2022 purchase. I did not get three years of Remote Access. If you go to the Build & Buy configurator on the website and click to learn more about any trim, you'll see the 3 years of Remote Access is the first standard feature listed.
I took delivery in September so I didn't get the 3 years. Do you still have your window sticker? If it's listed on there in the Connectivity Features section, then you should have a case. Note it's 3 years of remote access but not of any other OnStar plan (other than the 10 years of EV access).I have a 10/22 build, 12/2022 purchase. I did not get three years of Remote Access.
Did you automatically get three years, or obtain it via some method, or are you just making not of what is on the web page?
