Looks great... any chance you can share the brand name/colour code/source of your sheet vinyl? Also any tips on your vinyl installation method would be welcome...

Yes! I looked for a few hours and found this to be the best price for the product:
VViViD XPO Electric Blue 3D Carbon Fiber Vinyl Wrap Roll with Air Release Technology (1ft x 5ft)
In case you don't like blue, they offer several colors.
As far as application, using a heat gun is the best, but a common hair dryer will work if you don't have a heat gun. The difference is the noise and efficiency of the heat application. It is really difficult to get the corners on the emblem, so find something small and stiff like a Lego spear. I just used my thumb nail to push down around the outside and then used the heat gun and pushed down a second time. I used an X-Acto knife to first push down gently around the edges with the dull side. I started in the middle of the long side and cut towards the outside and then the other direction from the middle. Try to leave a bit extra on the inner corners because if you cut too quickly, it will leave a gap there.
