At what outside cold temperature is best to condition your car battery on home charge?

At what outside temperature will the battery start warming up its main battery? Knowing if the trigger temp is, as an example, 3 Celsius, so instead of preconditioning the battery using its own battery power to keep warm, i would plug the car if i know temperature will drop to or below that trigger point and let the houseower do the job.

Don't think the Bolt triggers on outside temperature, but on actual battery temp. The manual clearly states to plug in if left for extended times below 0C. The cold trigger temperature for being plugged in is different than when on battery. And if you're below 30% state of charge, it won't even condition the battery and you'll get a battery to cold warning and you can't fast charge the car.
