Took my 2020 Bolt in because the backup camera was malfunctioning and finally stopped working. When I arrived they informed me that there was a software update that they could perform at the same time. Got an Uber ride home. Layervthey called and said they were having some issues uploading the software and got me a rental car. Then I was told that the computer had shut them out and they were in contact with GM trying to get back in. Two weeks passed and still got no new news. I finally called a sakes manager and finance manager and asked for some help
Hot a call today almost three weeks out now and was told that GM analyzed the data from the system and determined it needs a new battery module. However no modules are available. They are doing a search for a module but until.they find one and get it I am stuck. What a disappointment. Anyone else experience something like this?
