The latest VIN batch was released on August 3rd. They seem to be slowly changing the status to Open for them. as I didn't see any change on the 3rd, only today the 9th.

I've got a 22 with VIN ending in 3938 that just opened up.

I just sent a text to the dealer and he said it was already ordered at 7:30am this morning. Should be here in 1-2 weeks.

My battery was ordered 8/15/22. The dealer said it could take up to six weeks to arrive. The dealer told me they cannot track it so I called the EV Concierge and they said they cannot track it and to call the dealer. Guess I'm stuck in a loop and will have to patiently wait. Does anyone know the SOC required when dropping the car off for battery replacement?

The GM instructions show less than 90% charge and not charged in the past 24 hours. I would run in a lot lower because why not.

Thank you. I guess I'll be okay with SOC due to 80% limit on software.

Definitely a good idea to drop the car off with minimal charge.

My 22 popped to open on Sept 12th. Called dealer and was told they don't order them. They are automatically sent by GM.

Mine was ordered by the dealer and was not sent automatically by GM. I would suggest calling the EV Concierge because they should be able to remedy the situation quickly.

Mine was also ordered by the dealer 7:30am on the morning it switched to open. Picking it up this afternoon - woohoo!

That's great! I dropped mine off this morning also. If it takes a day or a few days I'm okay either way, just happy it's finally getting the new battery.
