Best EV charging network in LA area – southern California ?
With this bolt fire mess, I assume we are all worried about charging in our home garage at this point.
I live in Inglewood so here are my options. They all sound about the same to me, wanting to know if any1 had any input ?

Chargepoint
Electrify America
EV connect

Electrons are electrons. Location, reliability and usability of each network are the only differentiators, and maybe price.

Use Plugshare to review ratings for reliability and locate the ones in your circle of travel. Use them all to see which is easiest for you. Get all the apps to review pricing (many don't reveal pricing in Plugshare).

No matter how many rankings you find, none will mean diddly if they are not convenient to where you are going.

You can pretty much cross Volta off your list. It's almost all L2 and since it's free, likely going to be busy during that mall's business hours.

ARob's answer is spot on.

The EA on Crenshaw has good reviews and 4 units. I suspect you won't have much trouble there. The good thing about EA is that they charge per-kW and don't have time-of-use fee changes. If you get the $4/mo membership, it's fairly reasonable cost-wise.
