Let's hope it's just the 12 volt battery. Had something similar happen on my Oldsmobile Aurora. Gages all flickered and lost power. But the car continued to run at idle. After it was towed, it worked like nothing had happened.

I already commented to her that the cascade of error messages was likely do to a failing or low 12V battery. It will be interesting to hear the outcome of this. Just getting a cheap plug-in voltage meter for the acc. socket allows you to constantly monitor the battery and charging system. Well worth the $10 or so...

Looks like she got it fixed, was problem with both Anti-Lock Brakes failing, causing a short.

nIce glad to hear she's back up and running; she was pretty torn up over it. more drama means more videos though so it should work well in the end.

More update, crossing her fingers. Someone did mention to her about possible low 12v battery issue but looks like that was not it.
