What is the max kW charging rate for the Bolt on DC Fast charge? Can the rate be adjusted upwards?

AFAIK, the max charge rate is software controlled. You'd have to hack the software or Chevy would have to update it in order to increase max charge rate. I don't know if other systems (battery cooling?) would be affected.
Edit: Max charge rate is in effect up to 55% or so of SOC. Then it drops to around 35kW until SOC reaches around 68%, then it drops to 25 (?) until SOC reaches 80% (?), then it drops again....

I believe that the max charge rate is limited to a maximum of 150 Amps through the CCS connector. That is why the charge power goes up as the battery voltage increases all while the current stays constant. The max current will always be the lower value of either the connector limit, the charger limit, or the BMS requested current limit when it tapers. As was already mentioned, the BMS starts tapering around 56% SOC indicated. I'm sure software hacks could mess with the charge rate limit, probably with terrible consequences to the hardware!

ps The BMS tapers by specifying current not power. The charge voltage is whatever the battery voltage is plus whatever is needed to push the current up to the target.
