Would be great if it's true! Anyone can join the farm bureau...don't have to be a farmer. Just have to pay the fee ($60 in MD...probably similar in other states).

I've already used the farm bureau rebate 3 times this year to save $1,500 total. $60 well spent I think. :p
Only caveat is you need to be a member for at least 30 days before you are eligible for the rebate. Can't just sign up the day before you plan to buy.

I can't find that program at the California farm Bureau unfortunately
What exactly is the farm bureau....?

If you are a member of a participating state Farm Bureau for at least 30 days, you can enter your information below to print a certificate worth $500 towards the lease or purchase of your next GM vehicle*.

Pretty much every single non-Caddy GM vehicle is eligible for the rebate, except some super budget trims of some vehicles. The Bolt isn't officially on the list YET, but that should change soon. The list for this month should be updated any day now.

AND NO, YOU DON'T NEED TO BE A FARMER TO JOIN! You don't even need to know what a farm is.

Best thing is the farm bureua rebate stacks with most other private offers! So you can get lease conquest AND FB, or lease loyalty AND FB. It's not one or the other like with other private offers. Stacks with Costco as well. Can't use with employee pricing though.

As an Oregon Farm Bureau member, I was hoping that the Bolt EV would be included on the list of eligible Chevys beginning on May 1st. A representative from the American Farm Bureau who deals with the GM/FB program contacted me and said that Chevy currently does not have plans to include the Bolt EV. The rep said that Chevy may include the Bolt EV after it becomes available nation wide.

Here is a link to the current list of eligible Chevrolets.
