So you can see, the bans started before the "50 foot rule". It all started when all Bolts were recalled back in late August.
EDIT: How do you know the timestamp? That's a very good question!
I used this advice and added ".json" to the end of the reddit post URL

And then, I looked for a "created" field and got a value that looks like this:
Then you take that number and use a tool that converts Unix timestamps into readable dates.
