My wife and I are the proud owners of a 2019 Chevrolet Bolt Premier that we bought yesterday. We love it. It's great to drive it and there are so many gadgets to play with. But there is a lot to learn and I've found this site to be the best place to start. So many people are so generous contributing their knowledge. Thanks to all of you.

Thanks for the welcome. It's Nightfall Gray Metallic. My level 2 charger was delivered today and hopefully I'll get the electrician out this week to install the proper circuit in the garage. 95% of the driving that we do is within the Bolt's range so it'll get a fair amount of use. Unfortunately, it rained yesterday and the car got wet.
Nice. My dealer said no 19 Premiers avail so I ordered one instead. They made no promises saying I should expect 60-90 days for delivery.
I'm in NE Maryland. My dealer had no '18's and this was their only '19 which they had just received. I've looked at other Chevy dealers in the area and see that there are a fair number of '19's available. I guess that how fast any individual dealer gets them in depends upon their sales.

Not a problem that it rained yesterday, now when you tell someone "it's an electric car" and they ask "what happens if it gets wet / rains / carwash" you can answer definitively ?
