The short and simple is that it either leaked out or that it was never filled. From the little pink drops showing inside the tank, I'd lean towards the leak theory.

The leak could be a missing plug, a loose hose, or a split hose. Whatever the cause, the dealer should have noticed something amiss when they did the pre-delivery check.

Looks like your Bolt needs a flat bed ride back to the dealership.

I'm hoping you find out soon. I lean more toward the "not completely burped"theory. My battery coolant tank was only about 2/3 full when I got home from the dealer about 60-70 miles away. It was fresh from a battery replacement. ('22 EUV) It's been steady since topping off.

Updated the first post but the news is not good! The car is actually missing a clamp on one of the coolant lines. Astounding.

A missing clamp doesn't guarantee a leak, but it sure will help make one likely. It just depends on how tight the hose fits. Some clamps are insurance and some are absolutely necessary.

Either way, I'm glad they found it and are fixing it.
