We already knew that range algorithms are not the same as actual usable battery capacity tests. Our 2017 Bolt LT had ~58 kWh usable when new, and now sits at ~56 kWh of usable capacity.
The only way to know for sure is to charge to 100% (4.1xx volts per cell), and discharge to 0% (3.2xx volts per cell).
