I will try to see if i have the part....i have converted couple ICE vehicle's with Bolt as organ donor. If i find one i will give it you free.
One interesting project would be to make under vehicle shield for the back side and along the battery pack and on both sides shield where battery meets chassis.
I'm quite positive that this should improve efficiency and squeeze more miles per charge. I also looking for a way to insulate inner fender wells, with some plastic type of carpet, that are used on some vehicles for lowering tire noise and when traveling on gravel road. There are a lot of little things that can be improved.

It would be nice to have an assembly to diagnose. I'd imagine a 2022 model will be hard to come by as there aren't that many on the road compared to the first gen variant.

(Luggage shade pivot replacement)

The procedure in the service manual states that you must remove the middle trim pieces from the inside of the hatch before you can remove the upper or lower pieces, and that removing the middle trim piece requires you to replace those pivots with new ones. But I found that I was able to remove the lower piece without removing the middle one by prying it loose from the hatch and then sliding it out from underneath the middle piece. You may be able to do that with the upper piece as well.

I will let you know when another 2022 Bolt donor comes to my shop. Having this part and tear it apart is only way to figure out how to make it happen.

OP, maybe you’ve seen this thread by now. The mid has been working on my Bolt EV for the past 12 days now without any issues. There are others that had issues, but I’m happy with the functionality of mine.

2022 and 2023 EUV Tail Light Mod

I mod my 2023 Bolt EUV LT tail light (on lift gate only), i follow somebody else post but instead of diodes i use: " Diode Dynamics" Automotive PWM Dimmer With Bypass, i got from Amazon, its sold by pear and i use each dimmer for left and right tail lite on lift gate. easy job if you have hands...
