I have a 2022 bolt EUV. I have had it just over a month and the connect to phone over Bluetooth suddenly stopped working. I cannot reconnect my phone and the add phone button is greyed out when I try to re add it in the phone menu. I can get the option to add phone through android auto but the car is not giving out a signal, I have tried multiple phones. I have factory reset the infotainment system and tried turning the car on and off and leaving the door open for 2 mins to reset it but it didn't work. Has anyone found a solution to this problem other than taking it in to the dealer.

Have you tried unplugging / replugging the 12v battery? 10mm wrench at the negative terminal. It's the equivalent of rebooting your computer / phone.

No guarantee of course, but worth a try before taking it in. Let us know how it goes.

Apple? CarPlay? Seems there has been something going on recently. Perhaps related to iOS update. Have had this occur twice in past couple weeks and then allowed me to pair again. Previous 6 months never a problem.

I have a Samsung. I cannot pair the phone to the car at all. when I open bluetooth there is no "mychevrolet" bluetooth signal showing up to connect to. my phone has no issue connecting to other devices.

I don't think there's anything iOS related. Mine hasn't had any issues, other than occasionally using the CarPlay connection (wired or wireless), but it always reconnects. Sometimes by itself and sometimes I have to do it manually. And that's with two different iPhones. I replaced my XR with a 12 about a month ago, still the same thing.

Ya I'm stuck on the first step the add phone button is greyed out. I had no issues connecting to it for the last month and a half since I bought it but one day it just stopped working.
In that case it sounds like a call to the dealer is in order.

Chevy couldn't fix the issue, they said I'm getting a new radio. Not sure if that is just a transmitter for the Bluetooth or the entire infotainment system replaced.
Wow, I hope they can fix it quickly.
