Anyone else see this? 2022 EUV Premier. Once I'm in the camera app, I can't get out without holding down the power button to restart the infotainment screen (or restarting the car). The home button doesn't do anything. It's only an issue with the camera app; all others seem to work fine. I checked for SW updates and it says none are available.

I have the same problem. It is completely consistent, not intermittent.

And here I thought that more a feature than a bug. But you have to do it when in D when stopped. I thought it was a feature since they removed the rearview mirror camera in the BEV. You cant engage the camera when moving.

I think it will exit the camera when you reach a certain speed. Something around 12 km/h.

I’ve been using the cameras when I pull into a spot waiting to pick kids up. Would like to switch apps when stopped. So seems I’ll have to turn off the system to access other apps.

Doesn't pop out of it when you go into park?

Disconnecting the 12V battery's negative terminal;
then reconnecting - reboots the whole car. I'd give it a try.

Yes, it is supposed to but on the one occasion that I used the camera when moving forward it did not turn off.

No, it stays on. it only leaves camera view when i speed up to around 10 mph.

I have the same issue. Momentarily putting the car in reverse and then back to park or drive solves the issue for me. Switching to reverse seems to activate the normal automatically activated cameras and allows normal functionality from there.

The "stuck" camera view also switches off when I start driving.

I push the black button left of the screen to go to home screen if that is what your asking. To get out of the camera screen. There are three buttons to the left of the screen. The one in the middle will pull up the menu screen when you're in the camera screen because there is no buttons on the camera screen.

You can also turn the infotainment off, then back on, You can do this while driving.

How did you check for software ?
