I have a 2019 LT and the one thing I liked from the premier is the false floor in the cargo area.

This appears to be known as the "Cargo Liner with Integral Storage" on the GM accessories website.

Has anyone with an LT added this? If so, is it an easy install?

I have a $200 coupon from Costco for accessories (I purchased the Bolt in the Costco car program).
