I’m having trouble releasing my 110v assembly from the charging control box so that I can insert my 220v assembly. Is there a secret to removing the 110v assembly or should I just forcefully yank it out? Thanks.

I'm having trouble understanding what you're writing about.

What's a "110V/220V assembly"?
What's a "charging control box"?

A photo would surely help.

I think OP is referring to the OEM charger that comes with the EUV. It can charge via 120V or 240V using an adapter that plugs in on one end. Another owner reported similar difficulty with removing the adapter - it just required a lot of force.

You'd have to look in manual but I rather doubt it has any sort of catch. Can't hurt to look for anything on not connected adapter.
