Taking direction from other EV owners’ posts, I purchased a set of Mirror Snow Covers (one for me, one for our Volt) to cover the charge port door [ame]https://www.amazon.ca/gp/product/B019PDCWL2/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o05_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1[/ame] and also picked up a large faucet cover from Home Depot (wish it was the plastic coated kind, but I will spray paint it at some point for durability) [ame]https://www.homedepot.ca/en/home/p.large-faucet-cover--127cm-x-152cm--5inch-x-6inch.1000680303.html[/ame]
I notched a 5”x2” piece out of the faucet cover, and it holds onto the charger handle with an elastic band. Will likely covert to a velcro strip.
Now with tonight’s predicted March 1st “In like a lion” snowfall, I’ll be good to go in the morning.
