Thank you for sharing that information. That article explained a lot. For me, the relevant part is; "That's it, please note that if your server connection is lost the Load Share group will default to the offline amperage rating of 8A for safety."
Unfortunately, I get it an 'A' for effort but disappointed that they didn't put some logic/capability where the boxes will attempt to communicate with each other somehow and negotiate a better resolution. I'd be ok with running a data cable between the two directly if need be. Still, in all fairness, it's a great solution but not true load sharing the way I would like to have it and define it. It is reliant on their cloud based infrastructure and your ability to get to that cloud.
