I own a Bolt and live in an 'old folks' home. I convinced the board of directors to install a L2 charging station at my assigned parking spot. They decided to install a meter on my charging station in order to be able to charge me for the electricity that I consume. For the first two weeks they decided I owed $1.50. So now it appears all of the residents with electric wheel chairs are probably consuming more electricity than I am.:D

It is very thoughtful of the management to accommodate you, and it sounds like they are giving you a great rate too. Here in California, my employer let Chargepoint install some charging stations in front of the building. They pay my employer for the cost of the energy used, and take an additional share for their costs - and profit. The cost to employees is 20 cents per kWh. I know my employer is paying around 14 cents per kWh for the juice (commercial rates).
