You can choose whatever is convenient for you. You don't want to leave the battery cells fully charged and hot for long periods of time (possibly days, but probably weeks).
The battery management system (BMS) will attempt to keep them cool and probably doesn't let them get fully charged (100% on the gauge is probably not as full as the cells could get without the BMS).
I set hilltop reserve mode and charge every night. I plug the car in every time I park it in the garage.
