I wonder maybe somebody was doing a simple math - how log it takes to charge, I think I miss something:

My settings are that it charges only between midnight and 3PM, I have EV rate,

My plug is 240V, charger say 40 amp, here on forum someone wriote that Bolt 2019 does not take more than 32 AMP with Level 2 Charger.

At evening time I had 28 miles left, I plug it to charge.

How much I need time to charge for 240-28 = 212 miles?

Batary is 60 kWh, so what I need is 60/240*(240-28)=53 kWh.

Ok, time is 53000/(240*32)=6.9 hours after midnight, means at 7AM it shell be fully charged.

Well, at 8:32 am I found that current range is 202 miles.

What's missing is your efficiency history. EPA rating uses 3.97 miles/kWh. If you're driving fast and/or it's cold out, you might be below the EPA efficiency assumption. Also, your charging isn't 100% efficient so you'll be getting about 95% of your 240*32.

It was not 100%, it displayed if I remember correctly "Full charge will be at 9:30AM". When I disconnected my car it has 202 miles. How much percents it was.... When I add up miles remained and miles drove since last charge it is 226.

As mentioned, use your app to get exact % of battery capacity.

At 32A, you should be charging about 6KW rate, so it will take about 10 hrs to go from 0% to 100%. For the last 5%, it tapers, so probably add another 30 min to the estimate.
