I registered with my local dealer to get my battery replace soon after the recall was announced. Now the dealer (only one on my island) is refusing to order the battery until I drive 90 min each way to from the dealership so they can "look at it". I don't think that she is helping me with this unreasonable request. Does it help to ask to speak to a concierge supervisor? Is there any alternative support available from GM?
Thanks

The dealership is probably a small one. We went through this with our small local dealership. GM won't be of help. They have more hoops for small volume dealers to jump through. Contact a dealership with high volume, and preferably one that has sold lots of Bolts.
