2017 Premier, noticed the 3 coolant reservoirs and the one near the front passenger side is noticeably lower then the other 2, they are all above the horizontal line center of reservoir, just wondering why that one is lower and just above the line.

Our 2017 LT has been that way for the two years we've had it. The front right is for power electronics loop...4.0 qt. The front middle is for traction battery heating/cooling...7.4 qt. The rear left is for cabin heat, and has only the two short lines from tankless heater to the little heater core under the dash...2.1 qt. Maybe they leave a bit more room for thermal expansion?

Sometimes there are air pockets from the factory that will cause the level to drop as the
air is worked out of the system. It's not uncommon and really nothing to worry about as
long as it's not below the full mark. I would add some distilled water and keep an eye on it.

Do NOT use tap water in these coolant loops!

Shouldn't there be a high and low mark and we're supposed to stay in between?

Also, when do we need to change the coolant? If 10 years, then that probably means no for most, as we'd probably get enticed to buy a new EV before 10 years. :)

My 2017 manual says after 150,000 miles or 5 years, whichever occurs first.
