As you get more comfortable with your Bolt you will find that the Bolt is fully capable of long-distance travel. Just as long as you don't mind stopping for an hour to charge every 200 miles or so.

Most everyone knows the Bolt is fully capable of long-distance travel. It's just many owners are not fully capable of getting their minds right to do so. Some are math-challenged and thus paralyzed by range anxiety, some fear the unknown (will the charger be functioning?), some just travel in bullet-train mode and can't mentally go slow.

it isn’t the EVs fault that the whole EA station was down, or that construction was blocking two alternates stuff like this happens with gas stations sometimes also.

Or lack thereof. Snoqualmie Pass heading west toward Seattle, is a relatively low, mild grade pass, but heavily traveled. Several times each year, there will be an accident somewhere up there and stop traffic for hours. The numbnuts ICE drivers will sit there with the engine running until the tank goes dry. Then, there's several more hours of delay until the tow truck gets there. The driver and passengers often won't even get out and try to push their dry vehicle off the lanes of travel. They'll sit there until someone comes to clean up the mess they caused.
