Damage to look for when buying a long-stored-outdoors-at-factory stranded stop sale 22 EUV?

What should I look for as far as potential damage caused by sitting stored outdoors for the past year at the factory vs at the dealership? flat spots on tires? cracked plastic interior? split leather? 12V battery? what else? does anyone know if the factory has inspected, replaced, or repaired such items in order to sell as new?
