I plug in dc fast charge, I get ok to start charging. Bolt starts charging then 20 seconds into charging it stops with message "Charging Complete." Happens every time. No matter what dc charging station I try to use...always have to revert to snail charger.

looks like a trip to the dealer is in order. make sure the dealer has a DC fast charger so they can see it first hand. a least one forum member reported having a faulty connector on the car that had to be replaced.

I'm sure we're all on this forum to learn from and advise our fellow Bolt owners. May we please get back on topic and offer any suggestions or solutions to help Terps1980 with this problem. Thank you.
Personally, I believe the best course of action is to visit the dealer as there doesn't appear to be any menu setting or quick fix for this problem.

I remember the first cross country we drove. Charged to 100%. Drove 200 miles down to Selma and wondered "what if it doesnt work?" as I plugged into the EVGo charger at the Holiday Inn. Thankfully, it did.
