I am looking for a dealer to purchase from. I know the market is crazy, but I’m an educator and I don’t really want to pay too much over MSRP for one. I live in Southeast Georgia, I’m about an hour and half from Jax and the same from Charleston, SC. Our local dealer really pushes EVs but they don’t get many and charge a crazy price (approaching 50k for them). I’m willing to travel to get a better deal any suggestions?

I also suggest Donohoo in Alabama. I just bought an EV. They charge Msrp and no doc or other fees. They sell a lot so it didnt take long to my order accepted.

What’s the deposit on order? Have you received your car? How long does it take? I’m so used to walking on to a lot and just picking my car, so I have never ordered one

I didn't do custom order to Donohoo. I ordered one in September from their website that had been pre-ordered. I put $500. Currently it's been in status 3400. So we'll see how fast this would complete.

We bought from John Thornton Chevrolet in Lithia Springs, GA (just west of Atlanta) last month. MSRP, no dealer add-ons, no markups, no hassle.
We put in an order in Late July , $1000 refundable deposit, and had it by late September. Bonus, it's in state still for easier tax/tag purposes.

I think our sales lady was named Marva.
