I just got a 2023 Bolt EUV. I have finally figured out (sort of) the (very unnecessarily complicated) charging options. But one thing that completely escapes my comprehension is that, when I turn OFF delayed charge, then utility rate charging (which is what I want to use) is immediately disabled. Is it supposed to do that or do I already have a defect? It doesn't even make since I have the utility rate charging set to off peak only. So why would I want to also use delayed charge? Can anyone enlighten me or otherwise shed some light on this?

Yes, this is weird. When I got my 2020 Bolt Premier last week all the departure times were set to 7:00 and my Utility Rate Charging was grayed out. I changed all of the departure times to 5:00 and the Utility Rate Charging was now available with threee options, plus the On/Off toggle.
