Actually, the list is a year old. The Tesla Model 3 Long Range in its current configuration matches the Bolt's $141: $49,990/353. If you had checked on Jan 1 before Tesla started increasing prices, the Model 3 Long Range would have gotten a score of $46,990/353 or $133, besting everything on the list. So even now after a $3000 list price increase, the Model 3 (LR) is still quite competitive on this silly stat.
