Anyone with an EUV removed their rear seat for more cargo space? I attempted and first obstacle is the heated seat power... I moved the red clip (pic 1) but am having difficulty disconnecting by hand pulling on the 2 sections (pic 2). I do not see any additional clips hidden in pic 3 & 4. Unfortunately, this video only shows after the clip was removed.

Next challenge will be removing the seat backs.
You do not need a screw driver to remove the rear seat back. Just angle it 45 deg and pull up. But as stated, the padding of the airbag gets in the way. rear seat removal

You should be able to pull the red piece back towards the wiring and use your whole thumb to push down on the area you pushed the red piece away from, then pull apart.

As for the seats, in my EV, it was incredibly difficult to get them out without removing the airbag side bolsters. Removing the lower seat cushion gives you access to the single bolt on the bottom of the bolsters. It's not necessary to disconnect the airbags to do it, but it might be advisable to disconnect the negative 12V lead on the battery.

And to remove the center shoulder belt, you need a wire to push into the hole.

Well, finally got the rear seat pad removed... this provides a little more cargo space as the seat back now flips down a bit more. Still have not gotten to the seat back - for now.

For the seat heater connector, I had to slide the red plastic back so that the lowest part is below the black button (see photo and arrows).
The press down on the black button to release the connector.

Next is to remove the small (driver side rear) seat back. Since this will not require disconnecting the airbag, there is no need to disconnect the 12v battery.

Use a long 12mm socket to remove the side airbag.

Once released, pull the foam pad out and side, resting on the car frame.

Rotate the seat back 45 deg and lift up. The seat back will pop out but only half of it.

Pull the eat back sideways (might use your finger to push the fabrick/leather of seat back too) to clear the center post.

Everything goes back as long as you don't break anything. The clip connecting the seat heater wires stumped me until I found the markings and started messing with it.
