EUV rear suspension noise

I just noticed this on my way into work this morning. When going over speed bumps I hear a creaking from the left rear. Looks like I'll be adding this to my list for the dealer to look at. I have a '22 with 3k miles.
Sounds similar to my experience with my 2017 EV. Then ended up replacing my rear axle assembly under warranty. 4+ years later, the creaking hasn't returned. If it's the same issue, the Bolt has been plagued with this since its inception due to the beam twist suspension design.

Glad to hear that the issue didn’t come back on the replacement. Hopefully mine will be the same. It’s just a little concerning if the rear axle assembly failed within the first 3,000 miles.
Same. Many threads here on that issue. The 2017 didn't have it again after the replacement. Crossing my fingers that the EUV we just got doesn't get the issue. At least I know what to look out (or listen to) for.
More of a manufacturing defect than a failure. The design is partly at fault where tolerances lead to issues. Functionally adequate, but noises on a quiet EV is problematic. If I had to pay for the repair, I would have just lived with it. Maybe even tried various repair methods involving drilling holes and squirting in lubricant.

I have the same thing at 15k - creaking from left rear.
Thanks for your response, I saw those posts and checked my vehicle before posting. The latch is greased. I verified the bumpers are making contact when closed. Sounds like it is coming from the left rear wheel well while driving. It makes the noise every time I exit my driveway (off camber, ever so slight of a slope) and it is scratching my soul a little each time it does so. It will also make the noise going over speed bumps, though not as pronounced as my driveway. Otherwise I do not notice it. I fear it will be difficult to replicate at the dealer. I cannot replicate by pushing down on the car or rocking it in the garage.
If it's the bushing at the twist-beam fulcrum, it can easily be fixed with lubrication. Most any mechanic can service it. However, shock-mounts and spring-seats can also be responsible and be fixed the same as well. Always use a rubber-compatible grease.

While the noise can and does exist in many instances, it's not lubrication that fixes it. It's most likely a loose nut/bolt in that location, separation of the bushing from the mount, or the bushing rubbing against something. Again, I'm sorry.

This is interesting. I traded a 2017 Volt on my 2022 Bolt EUV. The Volt had a similar creaking sound coming from the rear for the latter half of the 70K miles I drove it. I wonder if the Volt and the Bolt shared the rear axle design and components?
A quick update on my noise. Even though my hatch bumpers were making contact, they were apparently were just barely making contact and still allowed for movement. Last Friday, I backed each one out two full turns and the noise seems to be gone. I have not heard it since! Thank you GJETSON!
Yup. That is exactly what I did years ago, and still quiet.

I'm not really up for tweaking a car myself that is less than 6 month old! A) I don't really know what I'm doing and B) I shouldn't have to - LOL
