This seems to be nationwide, not just in CA. I don't think you get the 29 free minutes per month with this. The one other Bolt at work got this and I believe he thought he was getting the 29 free minutes though.

You are assuming "all of the benefits of the monthly plan". It doesn't say that on the AAA link. I think it's only the per minute discount.
