I come from a 2012 Volt, and the Chevy supplied 120v evse had a light on the vehicle plug end that would come on when the handle was squeezed. Is there any other evse units with this option? Can I still find that unit? And I know my current Chevy provided unit with my 2018 Bolt EV is capable of using 240v with a adapter. Is the old lighted handle volt unit also 240v capable?
Thanks.

supposedly the Bolt's EVSE is the same one as the gen 2 Volt's EVSE. wasn't till the last two years of the Volt that the EVSE was 240V capable. was your lighted one from a gen 1?
Yes, it was from a 2012 volt. We had 2 of them while we had it. Oh well. Any reason why the new ones don't have a light on the handle? Or do any aftermarket level 2 charges have a lighted handle?

Only lighted handles that I've heard of are the individuals that tape a flashlight to the handle. Others have been creative with lights inside the charge door. Some have sprung for the lighted port option sold by GM.
