This is coming from an old 2017 French article but I did not find it on the Forum and I think it provides an interesting data point that nobody would have enough patience to reproduce.
Journalists from Caradisiac drove an 2017 Ampera-e (Bolt EU equivalent) from 100% to 0% SOC on the Parisian Beltway at an average speed of 40 km/h (25 mph). Conditions that day where pretty good without much traffic and stop-and-go, allowing a nearly continuous constant speed. The drive lasted 16 hours straight (including restroom stops I guess). They achieved a range of 652 km (405 miles) and used 60.1 kWh of battery. Following the dashboard, that translates to an average 9.2 kWh/100km (6.7 mi/kWh).
Since the Beltway, by definition, is a circle, one might assume as a first approximation that the net advantage/disadvantage of wind was nearly canceled.
