I just took my Bolt down to LA and discovered that the internet will not work on multiple devices (phones and tablets) after connecting to the car's wifi router. Devices show "connected" yet no internet available.
Do I have a faulty receiver router? Is there anything I can check before I turn it over to the dealer?

Thank you!

How long have you had the car? If you didn't pay for extended service past the first three months, you are now on the basic plan. The company can talk to your car, but you can't use the the connection for anything other than checking your charge status, etc. on the app or website.

You do have the option of paying their ridiculous per GB data rates. I chose to pass on their "deal", and use my phone carrier data plan instead.
